If you are trying to place an order but having difficulty showing items in your cart:

You may have "Cookies" turned off in your browser. Cookies are what the cart uses to remember the components of your order. Please follow the instructions for your browser below. After you have placed your order you can, of course, return your system to it's previous settings if you wish.

If you continue to have problems with your browser accepting cookies, you may need to close your browser completely and then re-open it before the new settings come into effect.

  1. From the menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options
  2. Select the Privacy tab
  3. Position the slider to High or lower
  4. Click OK

  1. From the menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options
  2. Select the Security tab
  3. Highlight Internet and click Custom Level
  4. Scroll down to Allow per-session cookies and select Enable

  2. Under Receiving Files, highlight Cookies
  3. By When Receiving Cookies: select Never Ask

  1. From the menu bar, select Edit > Preferences
  2. From the Advanced section on the Category menu, highlight Cookies
  3. Click the check box next to Accept All Cookies

  2. Go to the Advanced option on the Category menu

  2. Click the Languages tab
  3. Click the checkbox next to Enable Java

  1. Go to My AOL
  2. Pick WWW
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Go to Custom Level
  5. Find Cookie
  6. Click Enable 7. Click OK
  
  
• Mac AOL with IE 4.x Browser
  1. Go to My AOL on the menu bar
  2. Pick WWW
  3. Go to the Advanced Settings option on the Category menu
  4. Click Cookies
  5. Besides When receiving cookies: Click Never Ask
  6. Click OK
